Maroon and White is the volunteer booster organization for Scarsdale High School Athletics.
M&W supports athletics, physical education, student health and promotes school spirit. Our fundraising helps purchase necessary equipment for our sports teams and physical education programs not covered by the current year school budget. Most recently, we donated a video scoreboard for the gym, a scorer’s box, wind screens, lamp post flags and a commemorative plaque celebrating our State Championship teams, weights for the Fitness Center, and new team banners for the gym.
All our donations and membership fees support our Scarsdale Athletes and promote school spirit.

The coaches will schedule a time slot for their team after school hours and the team will attend as a unit. If you miss your team slot, please contact mandwmediaday@gmail.com to let us know a time that works for you and we can slot you in.
Where: Scarsdale High School Athletic Hallways (between Gyms 1/2 and 3/4)
Who: Every athlete is welcome and encouraged to attend Media Day, but only the athletes who pay for the images will view and receive their images. No previews will be provided.
About Media Day: Media Day pictures include fun shots of the athletes (and coaches) in their uniforms and with their gear. Each team will get 4 shots per athlete, a Senior group photo (if applicable), and a Captains' group photo (if applicable). Team photos are not included and will be taken by the coaches for non-varsity teams and by the school yearbook for varsity teams.
These pictures are great for promoting your teams on social media like Instagram & Twitter and for Journal ads. They also help promote school and team spirit and the kids have a blast taking them!
Journal Ads: Media Day shots are great to use for your Journal ads! Right now, we have sales open and you can purchase an ad now and you don't need to upload the ad until April 1st, 2026.

We are excited to bring our Sports Journal back this year new and improved. The Journal is our largest fundraiser and a great way to celebrate our athletes. Our new journal will print once annually instead of seasonally and will be a Sports Yearbook. We will have sections by season and a special section for Seniors.
