Be Part of the Tradition! Our Annual Sports Journal is back and is the perfect way to cheer on our student athletes while supporting the teams and programs they love. Family ads, Captains ads & Senior ads are a great way to celebrate their teamwork, dedication and achievements. The Journal is our largest fundraiser and we need you to make it a success!

A copy of the Journal is free for Maroon & White members or can be purchased by non-members.

The Journal will be printed at the end of the school year. We do not need your artwork at this time, but please upload as soon as possible. We will need all artwork by April 1st to meet our printing deadline.

To Create Your Ad on Treering
This year, we are offering Treering software to assist in your design and uploading of your ad.

You will need to login or create a login. Choose the appropriate size “Recognition Ad” and follow the steps.

To Create your Ad outside of Treering
Create your artwork in another design program, then upload the finished ad to TreeRing as a photo to the appropriate size “Recognition Ad" HERE or email it to mandwjournal@gmail.com.

No Charges on Treering: There should be no charges on the Treering Platform. If
you see a charge for a Journal book, go to your cart and delete it. Your copy of
the Sports Journal is included.

File format and size: JPG, PNG or GIF; maximum 35 MB.

Print resolution: Aim for 300 DPI; going above 400 DPI is unnecessary. ]

Color settings: Use RGB and omit the color profile.

Image dimensions: The general photo recommendation is 640 × 800 pixels or higher.

For a complete ad, use the specific pixel dimensions above.

Full-page trimming: Keep important text and images away from the edges to avoid losing them during printing.
