All sports teams (All Varsity, All JV, and Freshman) will be reimbursed up to $30 per athlete, coach, and manager to celebrate. (Parents attending will need to cover their own costs).

 
EVENT GUIDELINES
  • Planning: Coaches and/or parents should plan the dinner together at a restaurant, a player’s home, or the SHS cafeteria. We encourage the inclusion of parents to celebrate the team (at their own expense).
  • Program & Eligibility: Coaches can celebrate their players with awards and speeches. Varsity letters and awards will be distributed at the dinner. To be eligible for reimbursement, the coach must be present at the event.
  • Reimbursement Process: Please submit all itemized receipts to mandwtreasurer@gmail.com for reimbursement.
