M&W supports athletics, physical education, student health and promotes school spirit. Our fundraising helps purchase necessary equipment for Scarsdale Athletes and physical education programs not covered by the current year school budget. 

 

Most recently, we donated scoreboards for the gym, the turf field and the softball fields. We celebrate the athletes with media day, team banners for the gym, championship plaques, team celebration events, team dinners and signing days. We have supported fitness with weights for the Fitness Center. 

All our donations, fundraising and membership fees support our Scarsdale Athletes and promote school spirit. So bring the fun!

 

We are looking for applicants with high school athletes. This is both a couples and a singles board so please apply as either. Please note this is a time commitment beyond board meetings. Board members will need to pick a committee to participate on, though tasks can accommodate all schedules. We love to drive school spirit, so we hope you can bring that spirit as well!

 

We take both self nominations and existing Board member nominations, but ask that if you are nominated, you fill out this form as well, so we have the right information about who you are to share with the rest of the board.

The number of new board members voted in varies by year and is dependent upon the number of individuals rolling off and applying. We will review applications in May and the new members will be informed and voted in early June.
